You know that movement and exercise are your strongest alley in building and maintaining both mental and physical health at midlife and beyond. No question. Non- negotiable. But there are lots of options in terms of how and most people have no idea where to start…. That’s where I come in. I specialize in working with people who need help getting started, or need special attention for a special condition, or need support in figuring out how to put create a healthy lifestyle that will be sustainable and flexible over time. Over-Time! No quick fixes, no burn out…Slow and steady wins the raise.
I take a thorough assessment in person or over the phone so that I can learn all that I need to know about the life you have lived and are currently living in your amazing body. I use every skill in my toolbox including traditional exercise, somatic dance, yoga, and meditation to tailor your program design to fit you like a glove. Holding that information in the forefront, I then design a program for you. No gym? No problem. Love the gym? Fine too. Prefer dancing to music because you hate exercise? We can make it work! As long as we can build your endurance and keep you strong and agile enough to do the things you love- nothing is off limits.
